I joined last year hence the name saying I’m 41 but I’m now 42 and still not committed to anything. I’m now starting from my next meal tomorrow and just taking it one meal at a time. I’ve got my 1:1 diet shakes and have been working on my mindset and feel reading. Still learning how this site works so I can get my stats up and post pics. I love reading everyone’s stories and how supportive everyone is. I’m hoping with this forum I will be more accountable too. Bring on tomorrow
