Hello lovely people.

I started the Cambridge Diet three days ago and I've lost 6lbs so far! (I know I shouldn't keep looking at the scales, but meh, it's encouragement). I must admit, I'm struggling a bit! Hopefully ketosis will kick in soon and I won't care when other people eat, but it's so hard!

Does anyone have any ideas on how to spruce up the shakes a bit? Many of them aren't really doing much (taste-wise) for me.

Mix them up, I like to do half and half (I weigh it out) so far I have done choc-banana banana-mango and mango-strawberry (my fav so far!).

Also some are lovely blended up with ice - choc mint and cappuccino in particular - the cappuccino blended reminds me of a frappuccino.

Also some of them (to me) taste better as mousse (mainly the fruity ones).
 
no help here - I hate them all except choc, choc mint and the leek and potato soup. To be honest i can't taste the difference between choc/choc mint - i don't even taste them - all I know is any of the others make be gag so not tasting is good!!
 
Thanks guys. I'll have to try out the chocolate banana one :eek: That sounds so good.

Hahaha Bessie, I'm a Cambridge chocoholic also ;) The Chocolate orange shake doesn't really do anything for me though. I may try out that soup. I've been on Cambridge before and the soup that I tasted was absolutely awful, but I don't think I've tried that one.
