Have been away for a week to newquay which was brilliant! I was worried about staying on track but I did the best I could. I cane home & I'd lost 1lb, yay to me!
I stuck to meat & veg or salad & had poached egg, tomatos & mushrooms for breaky! I did enjoy a few vodka diet cokes, but we did do alot of walking. I'm quite chuffed with myself!
Anyway back on track. I came home & had 2 days pp. This is my 3rd day back so enjoyed pv today as we had a bbq.
B- coffee & splenda
L- steak with salad
D- mackeral & salad with dukan bread. Diet coke.
