Evening ladies!

I'm pleased to report another 1lb off so I am now 11st exactly! :) I would have loved just another half lb to be officially in the 10s before holidays, but as long as my home scales show the 10s tomorrow and Friday I'm happy enough with that, even if it isn't official!! Just need to try and not go mad on my hols, am hoping all the dancing will help to outweigh all the cocktails?! :D

Have just been for all the usual pre-holiday bits and bobs... haircut, wax, and of course, a bit of last minute clothes shopping! :D Was very happy to be firmly in the size 12s in Monsoon, took a few 14s in as wasn't quite sure on the sizing and they were way too big, yay! :D And I finally got into a River Island size 12 skirt too, so maybe those jeans my housemate gave me might fit soon too! :D Although admittedly some of the size 12 shorts I tried were a bit snug, so I ended up getting a 14 in the pair I bought just for comfort :)

Have been good with food today, but have got some yummy treats lined up for tonight with my saved syns from the week! :D

Breakfast: All Bran Choc Crunch (HEB), WW Yogurt (0.5), Plums, Nectarine
Weigh-In: 1lb off!
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Sushi Pack from Sainsbury's (2 Syns)
Dinner: Baked Sweet Potato, 70g Philly Light (HEA), Broccoli
Treats: Slice Carrot Cake (13.5), Crispello (8.5), Hoops & Crosses (4), Rocky Road Hifis (HEB), Tabasco Cheddar (HEA)

Summary (Green): 2 x HEA, 2 x HEB, 28.5 Syns, 30 mins Exercise, 1lb off :D

Aw thank you both! :) And I've just realised now that weigh-in's over (and I've pretty much finished packing too!) that it's officially holiday time, even if I do have one more day of work to go! :D But I am going to be 100% tomorrow (or at least until I head out for the evening when I suspect there may be some alcohol consumption hehe!), and 100% until I set off for the airport on Friday too, to try and help minimise the damage - I don't want to end up further away from my 2st award by the time I come back. I've got my bag of pasta, hifi bars and teabags ready in the case, so no excuses! :D

I just wanted to say that you have totally inspired me. My starting weight is similar to yours and my goal is to get in to the 10's initially. Have an amazing holiday :) xx

Aww thanks :) I'm glad to hear I've been an inspiration to someone - it's all totally achievable with a bit of hard work. Good luck on your journey too, will be reporting back after hols! xx

I'm still jumping up and down anyway, as I'm still 2 stone-ish lighter than I was in December, which is fab! :D Wore a pale coloured and structured dress today (which is soooo un-me - I'm normally a LBD girl) and got so many lovely compliments, was fab! So whatever the scales say, I feel brilliant!


Today I was very very good until about 8pm when the drinking started haha...

Breakfast: 3-egg omelette with 2 slices Leerdammer Light (HEA)
Snack: 1/2 Banana
Lunch: Sweet Chilli Chicken Wrap with Chicken, Sweet Chilli Sauce (1), Lettuce, Tomato and of course, a Wrap (HEB)
Snack: Nectarine, Apple
Dinner: Nada! Oops!
Evening: 4 glasses wine (24), 1 scotch quails egg (?!), 2 slices toast (HEB) with butter (2.5)
Exercise: Walk back from tram stop (30 mins)

Summary (Red): 1 x HEA, 2 x HEB, 30+ Syns, 30 mins Exercise

Will be good tomorrow morning, have got quark with white choc options, strawberries, yogurt, cherries and a few more healthy bits to use up :)

Holiday mode started! :D x

Am sticking to my plan of staying on track this morning, have had some quark with a white choc options mixed in (2) before I quickly nip into town for a few last things - only I would leave getting my currency right until the day I fly ;) Very pleased with the scales this morning - 10st 13.25lbs! :D That's only a quarter of a lb off my 2 stone award, woohoo! I'll take that for my pre-holiday weight!
 
Hello ladies, how are you all? :)

Well I'm back from my holidays (booooo.... I actually wanted to cry when we landed back in Manchester! :() but on the very very plus side, I went to group to weigh-in (a day earlier than usual as didn't think I could make my usual group tomorrow), and lost an astounding 4.5lbs!!!! :eek: I am still totally in shock, and a bit worried that it might all go back on just as easily once I'm fully hydrated (late night with lots of alcohol + early morning rushed get-up to get to airport + not enough water on plane + sunbathing in afternoon and muchos sweating!), so am 100% back on plan from tomorrow morning following a slightly (well ok, very!) off-plan day today with crusty bread being an integral part of every meal! :D

So that takes me firmly into the 10s at 10st 9.5lbs, and gets me my 2 stone award, which I have never ever achieved before!! :D Which is definitely counteracting any post-holiday blues I might have otherwise had! :D

Am going to try and post a piccy of me on my hols (my first ever in a swimsuit/bikini) so you can see what's achievable with a bit of determination - my friends christened me The Goddess for the holiday because of the confidence I strutted around everywhere with! :D

One disclaimer though: that 4.5lbs was achieved through a mixture of SW food combined with otherwise an almost totally liquid diet - not highly recommended from a health/liver point of view! ;)

Thanks hun, still in total disbelief but strangely everything was feeling looser by the end of the holiday rather than the other way around so knew I must have lost something! :D I wore all of the bikinis and one of the cutaway swimsuits, result! :D xx

Welcome back :) 4.5lb loss whilst on holiday? Amazing!

I think Ibiza should market itself as the ultimate weight loss destination following my success haha! :D There was a LOT of dancing to counteract the alcohol (we were out every single night at a different place, I'm a broken woman now!!), so that's all I can put it down to along with the healthy and smaller meals xx
