Aww pity about the take away. Love ice-cream though, and have been having strange cravings for b&j phish food mmmm which is strange because I've only had it once years ago! Have you decided what your gonna make tonight for the treat?

Hey I'm glad it was awful not had a take away for ages and now I know I'm not missing out on anything xx yeah i had b&j last night now I enjoyed that ...also not gad it for ages .

Hubby and I decided to eat healthy in the week and then have a treat on a sat night which will be covered by my 49 weeklies !!!! So that's the plan xxx

Tea tonight is steak & salad ....how you finding it ???

Hi,
I often find with take aways the idea is so much better than the reality! Indians are usually my favourite but the last time I had one I felt so sick it put me off! This is probably a good thing.
Like you say Nicola, you can often make nicer food yourself. I'd save the treat for choc myself or ice cream! Xx

I decided ages ago to that either Fridays or Saturdays I'd have treats, its so much easier to eat healthily through the week than the weekend. Easier to organise and you don't feel your missing anything during the week.

I'm finding it grand. Had a meal out last night. Made a plan and stuck to it. Feels good to still have weeklies left on a Sunday for a change lol. I'm enjoying simply filling though. Great not to have to count for a while
