Well survived day 2 without any cravings or struggles ...although I've got a banging headache tonight .....o well bring on tomorrow feeling so motivated !!!!!
 
LOVE that post - great to see you soooo positive Red,,,, tomorrow you will be better, that headache will go!!! Hope day three is good!!! Are you weighing daily or weekly??? How many days of attack are you doing? WI for me tomorrow - fingers crossed that it's a move down for me but we will see!!! x

Awww thanks trudy ...I missed you and wow saw on another thread that you've lost over 8 stone OMG AMAZING !!!!! anyway yeah headache has gone :):)

Well I was away when I started with no scales so I've weighed this morning and will do 5 days attack and weigh at the end of that now x then I'll go to weekly I think maybe on a Saturday morning so I can enjoy a pv day on Sunday x

Day 3 done and feeling in control not feeling hungry at all which I love ....I think having strict guidelines must be what i need x
 
Ahhh another great day Red - good for you honey! Keep it up you little star!!! Such a great start you are making! I sts today which I kinda expected but still was a little bit sad!!!! Filled my face with tons of Dukan food to cheer myself up and now just plain full and uncomfortable - that will teach me!!! x
 
Planning is the key for me, i know exactly what I've got to eat next. Which sweetener do you use? I'll only use it in baking as I don't like sugar in drinks or sprinkled on things. Weird I know!

Well done on the cardio, I will start running again, but I can't face it yet :)

Awwww thanks trudy for your support means so much .....im feeling good :):) hey STS is better than a gain it's always tough at the end, I think your body really makes you work to appreciate it ;):) I reckon though it'll show doubly next week and hey good on ya for sticking to a Dukan food and not deviating ....your a real inspiration ...I'm so glad I'm back just in time to see you get your true weight :):)

Yeah your so right plan plan plan or fail fail fail ;);)

I use stevia as i don't Like using artificial stuff not sure whether that's ok but hey !!!!!

The exercise will come ...I always exercise but without a good diet it has no effect so get the diet sorted and the running will come :)
 
Lol I did the same in returning to Dukan! I just seemed to maintain on other diets I tried! :)

It's odd isn't it ...I've been trying since jan with healthy eating but is just not cutting the mustard and although I'm no heavier I'm no less arghhhhhh !!!!!

Another day done and feeling good not weighed yet but feeling better already for just having some control.

It was my first day back at spin and although I'm still doing attack I managed ok without the carbs ....hope those scales are kind !!!!!
 
Well done! I've still got one more day of attack to go. Scared of reintroducing veg as think just protein easier on my brain

Yeah I'm Kind of scared 2 for the very same reason ...but I'm out tomorrow with my nanna and it'll be difficult to just eat protein she'll wonder why and then worry lol !!!! Luckily i timed it right ;);)

Yeah I'll weigh in the morning ...excited and worried and then my weigh day will be on Saturday mornings x
