D - 2 x w/meal warburtons thins, cheese slice x 2 (2) and 2 poached eggs

Ive lost 1.5 lbs and i feel great. I also ate a lot of fruit which i forgot to put down.

Hop you're all having a great bank holiday despite the awful weather. Been full of cold myself and now started with a hacking cough :(

Been food shopping this morning on my own which to be honest is the best way because my hubby and son like to put things in the trolley when I'm not looking lol. My son is 16 and like a human dustbin and I cannot seem to fill him up! Hubby needs to lose a bit of weight but not a much as me so I've just decreased his portion sizes a little ;)

Food diary for 25th may

B - porridge with honey and raisins (2)

L - tesco value scone with blueberry jam(5)

D - roast chicken
New potatoes
Roasted veg (carrots, parsnips, onions, crushed garlic and herbs - oil from allowance)
Broccoli
Sweetcorn
Gravy (2)

Merringue nest strawberries, raspberries and l/fat greek yogurt (1)


Weeklies - 39/49 - shouldnt have had the scone and jam! Oh well done now cant change it

It was yummy but my dessert of meringue fruit and l/fat Greek yogurt was even yummier :)

Even hubby enjoyed the dessert even though he tells me he doesn't like raspberries or l/fat Greek yogurt!

I love meringues for a sweet fix. I've found some in the cupboard so may have 1 2moro :)
 
I'm really hungry and have been all day. I've just pointed my food for the last few days ( i know i shouldn't do this) and it does appear that I have been eating under my points even though I feel like I've eaten loads. think I may need to drink more as well and will start tomorrow when I'm back at work this may help with my hunger as well.

Evening all

I've had a great day food wise. I really feel like I've got into the "zone" now and feel I've really got my head round the whole portion control thing as well. Portion control has always been my downfall and even when eating healthier in the past I always made the portions too big and therefore didn't lose weight and got disheartened and gave up. I am so determined this time to get to goal and can't wait to reach my first mini goal of 7lbs :)

strawberries, melon, grapes and l/fat greek yogurt

D - beef savoury mince with mixed vegetables (2)

Hi

Yeah I'm doing f & h. I'm doing it from home on my own and weighing on a Saturday. I used to go to meetings a few years ago when it was the old points system but I'm finding f & h much better than I expected.

Are you going to meetings? what day are you weighing in?
