week 13,Day 2 - not counting

B - 2 x toasted current teacakes with butter

L - 5 x cream crackers with butter and cheddar cheese
4 x TV cookies

D - spaghetti bolognaise
Ice cream with strawberry sauce
4 x shortbread fingers

So in short I'm doing pants at thr moment :(

So onto Monday - fresh start x
 
Week 13, Day 3 - propoints

Well woke up thid morning and thought right Nicola get a grip, you can do this! I weighed myself this morning and I have put on 2.5lbs. I have decided to write off all my weeklies and just be very careful about what I eat this week and try to get the 2.5lbs back off again.

B - porridge pot golden syrup (6)

L - melon/strawberries/pineapple with 0% greek yogurt
Cheese curls (2)
TV cereal bar (2)

D - Jacket potato (197g raw weight) (4)
Sainsburys BGTY coleslaw (84g) (2)
20g grated cheddar cheese (2)
Salad - lettuce/cucumber/peppers/onion/beetroot
Hellmans lighter than light mayo

Thanks Shez, I'll give it my best shot, .Ive done so well I refuse to give up and put it all back on. Usually after a set back like this I'd give up, but not this time x

White flesh peach and a plum

S - TV cereal bar (2)

D - Home made chilli and 150g rice (cooked weight) (12)
Salad - lettuce, peppers, cucumber, hellmans LTL mayo

B - crunchy nut cornflakes and s/s milk (4)

L - tuna salad with LTL mayo (3)
0% grrek yogurt with melon and pineapple

D - home made chilli and rice (10)
2 small samaosas (8)
Cucumber and peppers

So... .I've managed to lose the 2.5lbs I put on last week :) so chuffed :D

And onto week 14.......the only way is down xx

Week 14, Day 4

Evening lovelies,

I am really struggling at the moment but have decided tonight that I need to post on here every day if I ever have a chance of getting back on track (no matter what I eat I will post it on here).

B - belvita breakfast biscuits

L - Wholemeal warby wrap with wafer thin turkey/grated cheddar and salad
Plum and apple

D - tesco fish in batter
Tesco value fried chips
Tesco spaghetti in tomato sauce

Mint choc magnum

Did manage to say no to yummy lemon drizzle cake and coffee and walnut cake

Aww Nic, I'm sorry to hear you are struggling hun. I think you are right to carry on posting on here, even if you don't manage to stay completely on track and sometimes, posting for help and support, before you eat something you know you shouldn't, can stop you from doing it.

It's so hard when we get times like these but we're here to listen and hopefully help you get your motivation back. You've been doing brilliantly so hold onto that and a big well done on refusing cake!
