Nic's Food Diary

Good afternoon lovelies

I am so pleased today, my perseverance has paid off and the scales are showed 3.5lbs off this morning :D

Today will be mainly spent cooking, cleaning and ironing. I have a recipe for some ww chocolate brownies which I may have a go at this afternoon if I get time.

Hope you all have a lovely Sunday

Hi Shez son thoroughly enjoyed his birthday thank you and got some lovely cards and lots of money!

Tea was a takeaway, I usually have the chicken pitta as it's reasonably easy to point as I can weigh the chicken before I eat it lol. As usual it was absolutely yummy x

Hi Sam
I'm well thanks just got a lot of family issues going on at the moment. Haven't had time to come on and post, though I am still roughly pointing (in my head I'd not on here)

Son enjoyed his birthday and his pressies and cake lol.

I weighed on Sunday and lost 1lb.

Hope you're well and I'll get back on here as soon as possible xx

Just popping on to say I had a sts on Sunday which in the grand scheme of things at the moment is fabulous. I'm trying my best to eat carefully and within points as much as possible but I'm not logging my food as normal. So long as I can maintain at the moment I'll be happy. Will post again when I can xx
