Hi Sarah83, yes they did I'm trying some green days this week just to see as I have only done Red or EE, I find it hard doing Green sometimes as on Red I keep a supply of crabsticks and prawns and ham to nibble on if i stray to the fridge, but not sure when i'm doing green.What do you find works for you! :)
 
I tend to mix and match to be honest, whatever suits my day. I just really don't want to feel like I'm on a diet so I'll go with whatever I fancy. I love Green days as I'm not a huge meat eater, however I think Red days are much better for a loss as you're less likely to bulk up on carbs.

I think it depends on what suits you though x

its hard on green days to sastify the snacking i tend to have ryvitas and cottage cheese, mugshots, super noodles, veg sticks and humous or fruit

I wasn't keen on the pizza, mind you i might have got it wrong, but i found the base very dry and a bit powdery, still you have to have a go don't you!
The syn free mayo is a recipe i got of this site, I have adpted it slightly to my taste, but its basically 2 tbsp ff nat fromage frais, 2 tbsp white wine vinager, 1/4 tub of quark, tip of a tsp of bovil it did say mustard powder but i didn't have any so i used bovil and finely chopped dill and sweetner to taste mix it altogether with a fork don't use a blender makes it to runny. you can use a egg yolk but i didn't and it was ok its not like shop brought but i like it and its all free.

Forgot to post Wed, so two today, found a bargain in Tesco’s fresh smoked salmon, I think I’ve gone to heaven, I just love it and now I have perfected my mayo I’m a very happy bunny!!

B’fast – Magic porridge, grapes, peach
Lunch –Salad, apple, 2 boiled eggs, crabsticks syn free mayo
Dinner –Smoked salmon, Lettuce leaves, cue, cherry toms, beetroot, boiled egg, syn free mayo
Supper – Fresh fruit salad, topped with Muller light yog
Snacks – Nescafe Latte Macchiato, (5.5 syns)
HeA – 28g Oats; 2 Baby bel cheeses;
HeB – 2 slice wm bread, 42g dried pineapple
Syns – 5.5

Today is a Red Day
B’fast – 2 eggs on 2 slices wm toast (1heb) 28g Tesco ex light soft cheese (2 syns)
Lunch – Banana, apple, 3 slices of ham, omelette with ham, 42g RF cheese (1 heA), fresh fruit salad, topped with Muller light yog.
Dinner – Salad, with grapes and apple, crabsticks syn free mayo
Supper – Fresh fruit salad, topped with Muller light yog.
HeA – 42g cheese, milk for coffees
HeB – 2 slice wm bread,
Syns – 2

I'm doing really well, how are you?
I got the salmon in Tesco's, it was only 87p for packet, its called salmon trimmings so its really good value, I going to try putting it in a quiche tomorrow :)
 
I'm really good thanks. Yum I'm getting a Tesco delivery Monday after a weekend away so may have to add to order. I love smoked salmon it tastes like such a naughty treat
 
I know you feel like you shouldn't be having it, makes a change to beable to have some luxury foods, have a good weekend :)

I can't beleive i did not use any syns I even looked in the fridge for a treat and i didn't fancy anything been a funny day but a good one!

Green Day
B’fast – 2 slices wm toast, Baked beans, 2 eggs
Lunch –Muller light Yoghurt, Banana, half melon,
Dinner –Syn free chips, peas, haddock, poached egg syn free mayo,
Supper – milky coffee
Snacks – Banana
HeA – milk
HeB – 2 slices wm bread; 142g haddock

Off to a BBQ tonight so only eating free foods all day and will decide whether to Red or Green or maybe EE once I see what is on offer, wont be drinking taking a bottle of diet pepsi so will be safe there, will probably post diary tomorrow, depends what time we come home! :)
 
Hi Well I survived the BBq, I am quite proud of myself, My friend had done a lot of assorted meat and salad so had a good choice, also she had no idea I was following SW so it was nice not to say anything and make her feel awkward, there were a lot of crisps and nuts but just sat as far away from them and managed to say no to the puddings and the cheese and bread

B’fast – Magic porridge with raspberries and banana
Lunch –Muller light Yoghurt, fruit salad, quorn sausages and syn free mayo
Dinner – Chicken and Bacon kebab with pesto (4 syns), Pork steak, Salad, Coleslaw (3 syns) and loads of diet Pepsi
Supper – none

HeA – Milk in coffee
HeB – 28g Oats,
Syns – 7

It was hard but I’m determined to lose the weight and I need to for my health, Had a very late breakfast due to late night, so didn’t want much due to having a roast dinner, Weigh day tomorrow, hope I have lost, :cross:

Lunch –Roast Chicken, carrots, cabbage, gravy (2 syns) Cauliflower cheese ( 5 syns)

Well I lost 2lb today so very happy, did a red day as had a lot of left over chicken, but might try doing a green week!
