Had a very busy few days, been out and about and trying to do a 100 and one things at the same time, hopefully I have got myself more organised this coming week.
Here is the last three days diary’s will post today’s later on, when I discover what I’m going to have!
Food Diary for Thursday 29 July 10
EE Day (11th day on Fishy Week)
Breakfast – Toast, fried eggs, cheese slices
Lunch – Packet of crab sticks (out and about)
Dinner – got back late and didn’t have any dinner, didn’t feel like anything as it was late, bit of an odd day food wise.
Supper – ML yog with melon and pineapple,
Snacks –
HeA – 2 slices light cheese slices;
HeB – 2 wm slices of bread;
Syns –
Exercise – 1 hour walking
Food Diary for Friday 30 July 10
EE Day (12th day on Fishy Week)
Breakfast – Magic Porridge with raspberries and banana,
Lunch – Fruit, (again to busy, must get more organised)
Dinner – Salmon in dill, with salad leaves, grapes, tomatoes, Nat Yogurt dressing,
Supper – ML yog with melon and grapes,
Snacks –
HeA – Milk for coffee;
HeB – 28g Oats;
Syns – 2 used
Exercise – 3 hour walking
Food Diary for Saturday 31 July 10
RedDay (13th day on Fishy Week)
Breakfast – Toast, fried eggs, cheese slices, Mushrooms,
Lunch – a few crab sticks, had a big breakfast, not very hungry,
Dinner – smoked salmon with salad and a yog dressing
Supper – ML yog over melon and grapes
Snacks – oaty bar
HeA – 2 slices light cheese slices;
HeB – 2 wm slices of bread; oaty bar
Syns –
Exercise – house work
