You started with pretty much the same statistics as me. I started SW at 11st 12lb I have set my goal weight for 9st 10lb at the moment and i'm currently 10st 8lb. I am sure I'll change my target weight as I get into the 9's. I have been doing SW since mid Jan from home and I am finding it really good so far, but got frustrated this week with a STS last week & only 1lb loss this week as my own personal goal was 10st 7lb so I need 2lb to hit it and ended up losing 1lb.
I noticed you lost 5lb last week so well done. That's an amazing loss so close to target. Did you find you did anything different to get such a huge loss?
