So all the holiday bloat has gone and I'm going to try and get into the 10's!!

I have my OH cricket presentation on Saturday but luckily I'm driving! Really want to see 10st 10 by 11th October. This is my mini target!

Thats 3 weeks away, so you should manage that if you average 2lb a week. Stick at SW lovely girl and you should, so dont bounce around between diets. No harm in keeping an eye on your calories if you must, but dont let it stop you eating plenty of superfree and free.......lecture over lol :p x

Today is my second day following slimming world so I'll give it until a week tomorrow to see if it works for me. Xx
 
Hey hun I'm gona agree wif Kim n say load up on the free n superfree espec the speed foods n u'l b in the 10's in no time at all. I just wish I cud take my own advice now! lol! :D

BRUNCH- eggy bread (HEXB) 1 cheese slice (1/2 HEXA) ham ketchup (0.5 syns)

DINNER - jacket pot, cheese (1/2 HEXA) mushrooms, onions, peppers, tuna and mayo (1 syn)

SNACKS - revels (6 syns) flake (6.5 syns) Total syns: 15 Gym: 35 mins, 297cals burnt

I knew this would happen.... Scales up 1lb!! Grrrr, I know I know I shouldn't weigh daily but when cal counting I did and they always went down not up! I'll give it until Monday and then it's hard work because my next centre parcs trip is January and I will not feel like I did this time in my bikini!! Plan for today.....

BREAKFAST - 2 slices wholmeal, clover lighter (2 syns), cheese (1/2 HEXA)

LUNCH - Pasta, chicken, babybell light (1/2 HEXA), bbq sauce (1 syn) onions, tomatos

DINNER - slimming world chicken korma

SNACKS - flake (6.5 syns) revels (5 syns) Total syns: 14.5

STOP!!! This is your voice of reason speaking.......you know how the body naturally fluctuates and if have to weigh daily this is what you'll see! How many calories were you having on CC out of interest? Are you counting them on SW out of interest? Just curious to know the difference in your calorie intake between the 2 :)

Hmmm I just put my food into my fitness pal and found yesterday's net calories only 850! Usually I'll eat 1200 net calories.

1200 cals is usually the lowest you should go for a healthy balanced diet and 850 is way too low. Just follow the SW 'rules' Nikki and you should be getting plenty. Just dont do both, but can understend curiousity about the calories but please ignore them whilst doing SW........enjoy the flexibility of it and the weight will come off :)

I'm rely shocked at how low yesterday was. I felt so full and couldn't eat another thing! The wonders of slimming world. I also missed breakfast because me and Millie had a lie in and the gym burnt a good few cals too.

Had breakfast today and going to the supermarket to find something for lunch. Going to do the chicken korma with the mulleight xx
 
Yuck yuck yuck!!! Slimming world korma was disgusting!! Don't know what to do now....
