Ok so today's plan...
BRUNCH- eggy bread (HEXB) 1 cheese slice (1/2 HEXA) ham ketchup (0.5 syns)
DINNER - jacket pot, cheese (1/2 HEXA) mushrooms, onions, peppers, chicken and mayo (1 syn)
SNACKS - revels (6 syns) flake (6.5 syns)
Total syns: 15 Gym: 35 mins, 297cals burnt
I think u'v done yerself on the syns there hun cos I make yer total 14 not 15. Sorry but I thot I'd say cos we never kno when we mite need another syn! lol!
STOP!!! This is your voice of reason speaking.......you know how the body naturally fluctuates and if have to weigh daily this is what you'll see! How many calories were you having on CC out of interest? Are you counting them on SW out of interest? 1200 cals is usually the lowest you should go for a healthy balanced diet and 850 is way too low. Just follow the SW 'rules' Nikki and you should be getting plenty.
