Well done Nomes keep it up i am starting exercise plan from tomorrow 3 days of aerobics 3 days of walking and a day of rest also on days when i walk weather allowing i am going to do some leg toning for my chunky thighs lol x
Yeah I'm hoping to make it a new habit too. Rubbish really should be there if we really want it not to use up those last few points. I've been doing that alot lately

Wohoo go you. I've had none today or yesterday so far. Nearly had last night because I had pp left, but I thought feck it thats no excuse to be eating it really, so didn't bother. x
