No loss on day 4 :(

Despite saying I wouldn't, I couldn't resist weighing myself this morning, and i'm the exact weight I was 4 days ago, despite being 100% since I started. I am drinking loads of water.

Is that normal? Anyone else experienced this? Am i doing something wrong?
 
You can't be doing anything wrong if you're doing it 100%. The thing about entering ketosis is a sudden weight drop, so I'd say you'll see it in the next day or two. Your body needs to use up all your stored glycogen before it can enter ketosis and burn fat so expect it to come off pretty quickly pretty soon :)
 
you will lose the weight so don't panic... the ketostix are not what they are cracked up to be so don't be disheartened if they don't turn pink on any given day as they are very unreliable.... if ya do TS and don't cheat you will lose weight .. good luck x
 
I totally agree with Val. Throw out the sticks - they're a rubbish way of telling if you're in ketosis, so many things affect them! Could it be wonky scales? Failing that it's going to be fluid hanging on, and that will shift again in the next couple of days if you stick to TS. Bet you have a fab loss at the end of the week! :)
 
Thanks ladies, weighed again thismorning (just cant resist!) and i've lost 2 pounds so that's a start...it could be water, i do drink a lot of water throughout the day and night.
