Today menu:
yogurt and goji berries
8 crabsticks
1 boiled egg
salmon with herbs
salmon in brine with vinegar
chicken breast
6 little muffins
jell-o
coffee, coke, tea, water
30 min walk

Yes, quite bad... but I learned one thing:
when things are bad, ....X.... would not make them any better
( X being chocolate, ice-cream, chips or any other junk food I used to have)
That's true Elish x sometimes were not in control if what makes us unhappy or cant change what makes up unhappy. But we are in total control of what we put in our mouth, we have chosen to control our weight issues x keep going x big Dukan hug sent to you xxxx keep posting Elish xxx
Same happened to me this week, I've had a hellish week where usually I would have stuffed myself with comfort food, lots of x consumed & reached for the vino. Got through without doing any of it & I feel so much better for not. I would have been beating myself up about it by now. Well done in your weight loss x
