A food diary on here would be really helpful, I think. If you commit to be honest with us you'll have to tell us what you eat - and that might make you think about whether you *really* want it
In the same vein, my best mate and I are texting each other EVERYTHING we eat. I suggested it as a motivational thing and it seems to be working pretty well! If I have to tell her I'm about to scoff something I think hard!
