Plan: Extra Easy
Breakfast: 35g Bran Flakes (HexB), 350 ml skimmed milk (HexA) & banana
Lunch: J.Potato with beans and salad
Afternoon snack: Mango
Dinner: Steak & S.W chips and salad. Extra light mayonnaise (1)
