Brekkie is amazing!! I normally have Natural yogurt on fruit but we were all out so it was a bit banana-y this morning!
You can never have too much ham/bacon! It's the best meat ever!
It took a hell of a lot of constraint! Though I'd rather have one than none! There's a tub of biscuits at the end of my bank of desk, I filled them last week while on my "see food" diet and they're still there so one a day is okay with me!

I know how you feel.. I am the same going up and down with the lbs. I am really lacking in willpower.
Why does it seem so easy on paper, healthy extras, free foods, treats...but in reality it is so so so hard!!!
Lets stick with it and keep trying
And I've gone off the rails again!! Busy, busy weekend with lots of moving my brother into his new flat and no time to eat anything decent.
