But I think those tablets are working! On Saturday afternoon I had a sausage sandwich and at the gig on Saturday night I had to pop to my mums (in the same town) for a poo, My brother is called Paul so you can imagine what my hubby said heheheh.
Won't be doing Sausages any time soon I have learnt my lesson!

I think WW ones are nice and they are low in fat if you grill them or use that spray oil. Properly more of how they were cooked than the meat.

ive never been a fan of sausages and when i was in asda tonite i picked the reduced fat ones and and the were only 3.5g per 100g which suprised me!

Didnt see any ww ones tho!
