Not using this an excuse but did a long post to go on here & phone got stuck so I lost it!!! Aagh - was apologising to my lovely visitors for my lack of input!!!!

6 weeks today - Lost another 2 - wanted more to take me over 2 stone mark but figure that 2 stone in 7 weeks is still pretty good - altho better make it next week otherwise I won't be so nice!!!!
