Well I know I'm rubbish on my diary so don't tell me off - but I am still going strong which is what counts!
Day 50 today - chuffed to have reached that amount plus lost 5lbs which is great. Seem to alternate between smaller losses and then bigger which is fine by me!!!
BMI coming down quite nicely too so all good here In my world.
Next week hopefully I will be in the 10s now that will be exciting!???? lots of smileys - see if they work this time!
