Morning all - lost one of my 2 visitors for the week so depending on you now Rkm - no pressure!!!! We going to be wishing poor zesty's week away - she won't want to come back and we'll be desperate for her to come back!!!!


WI early this week (2 days early) and pleased to report 2lbs off - even more pleased as came on last night - again - only 2 weeks since last one started but still giving a loss so am pleased! BMI now 25.4 so hopefully next WI will have me as normal - as much as I ever will be!!!

Next WI next Monday as normal.

Keep going and it suddenly arrives! Bizarrely i find the longer you stay on something like this diet the easier it gets but I don't want to get institutionalised so will start introducing food soon - and hopefully will be like Rkm who is doing amazingly well.
