I never wore skinny jeans before this - now am skinny jean mad!!!! Probably shouldn't be as I am about to turn 48 but hey ho - I'm going to be wearing a purple hat at 80 or whatever that phrase is!!!!

So another brief peek of sunshine - had massive thunderstorm yesterday evening - not all bad as meant cricket cancelled!!!
Have 3 nights out this w/end so decided to change WI to today as CDC coming and then will weigh next Friday too.
Wasn't expecting any change as only been since Monday but have lost another 2lbs!!! Yay! Won't expect any change next Friday as lots on this weekend and next but then have 3 weeks clear til holiday to lose the last 5lbs.
Have 3 nights out this w/end so decided to change WI to today as CDC coming and then will weigh next Friday too.

Very pleased that after a very energetic walk through thick mud and lots of hills plus a frenzied window cleaning , wall and cooker cleaning episode I didn't resort to food!!! I was starving!

Feeling a bit delicate this morning - dinner at friends last night which was good but rich food and alcohol - neither of which I've had for 2 months. So not full of beans this morning.
Just done long walk with dog hoping it might clear my head - has worn me out - not sure it's helped the head!!!
Another party tonight (it's full on this weekend) and right now am wishing could just stay in but no doubt I will rally later! Im driving so at least no alcohol.

So it's ages since been on here - been AWOL for the weekend. Had great time but was knackering, hard with lots of socialising and rich food but was fun while it lasted!!! Back on shakes today - not looking forward to next couple of days and waiting for ketosis but I know I can do it - done it before can do it again!
Manic week ahead may or may not be off with daughter to a cricket festival (yawn!!!) - if yes will scupper one of the two dinners planned for next weekend which isn't necessarily a bad thing!

So seems even my reliable visitors don't visit or comment on here anymore - sob/sulk!!! I know, I know zesty before you give me a hard time - just cos you have reinvigorated your diary with daily quotes & I haven't done anything I am still allowed to moan and put my purple face on here!
Day 2 after my weekend off - felt fine during the day struggling with hunger this evening. Had manic few days and had to arrange last minute trip for daughter and for me but all under control now - I will be away for couple of days but will still be on here checking up on my lack of visitors!!!
