Back on the horse after opting out for a fortnight due to feeling so ill and down. Made it through yesterday despite uber stress.
So trying to use this all as a way to move forward and understand myself better. Have not weighed as I need to be a few days further on for it not to impact my mindset.
Estimating a 5lb gain. So if I can ditch that before end of month, I'll be happy. Well done to all. Keep going xxx

Apparently it is!! Flabbergasted to be reporting a 4lb loss this week (I should be ill and work stupid amounts every week!)

Well, I made Nov target (just) but also this weigh in means... I'm overweight!!! (Bmi below 30)...I've lost over 50lb (52! Shiny silver star!)...I've lost over 20% of my body weight and.....I'm in ONEDERLAND!!

What a weigh in! Can't stop grinning

Well done so far everyone amazing motivation!! I had a woosh and got my 3.5 stone mark but decided to treat myself so .4 back on this morning taking me .2 under my 3.5... Next step silver star... 3.6 lost this week as of this morning... Let's hope I lose a bit more before Thursday lol
