omg im dying here. Day 20 of TOTM and it had gotten worse the last few days. Doc has give me some tablets to try and slow the bleeding as its really heavy. I only lost 1/2lb want to cry! I have 7 more days to lose 4lbs and the way I have been going that will probably not happen. Gonna up my water somethings gotta give !!

Hi,I'm new to this site, Starting CWP tomorrow and would like to join you guys for some motivation. Do you have any tips for the first week? which CWP products are the nicest? I've heard the porridge isn't very nice, is that true?

-2 this week. Well, -7lbs for 2 weeks (as my lovely lady was at Convention it was a DIY weigh last week) but I've already claimed the 5. Hopefully a better week this week, now that Auntie Flo should be going home until next month!

I think I set too much of an ambitious goal with 8lbs left for me to loose this week - but still I've had over a stone this month so can't complain and I know if I stick to plan 100% I'll be closer to that 8lbs then if I cheated!

Pippadipp - The first week can be hard - but you just have to keep going and drink plenty of water! It's hard sometimes, but then with this diet there's no grey areas at all. You either eat your plan or you're cheating! I love all of the products personally - even the porridge! I've not had that for a few weeks as I've had the bars for breakfast instead since I've been able to have them. If you stick to it you should have a great loss in week one - mine was 11lbs and that helps keep you motivated!
