I've only just joined the forum, having started this Monday on KeeDiets and moving to Extante this coming Monday (due to bulk-buying power!)
I've got a few questions for you seasoned regulars, but first of all I have to say how inspiring you ALL are for your determination and crazily huge weight losses - it gives me hope!
The reason I've switched from KeeDiets to Extante is that KeeDiet soups are pretty gross. Are the Extante ones any good? And what's the best way to mix them/add to their taste without breaking ketosis rules?
Also, loads of girls post a much lower weight loss during TOTM. Is that because of something biological or is it because of PMT and feeling gross causing you to want to comfort eat?
How do I get a ticker?
And finally, does anyone fancy doing a December challenge? I love the sound of a challenge but am obviously too late for the November one....!
