Hi, I am just staring slimming world at home on my own, have done this before in the past with good results, so confident I can stick to the plan easily.
I bought a nutribullet earlier in the year and enjoy having smoothies - but I can't work out how to syn this on SW, can anyone help?
My usual smoothie consists of:
handful raw spinach
2tablespoons each of frozen rasps and blueberries
half a small banana
topped up with unsweetened almond milk (from my healthy extra a allowance)
