October Challenge

Weigh in today lost 1lb which isn't great but at least its a loss! My own fault for having a terrible week, fish and chips + party + not enough water. Nevermind back on the wagon this week........

thats what i lost on my first week, and then did even better the next week (i think because i was so determined to do even better)
im not going to have a great weigh in tomorrow. hope i loose something.... ill cry if i dont lol
 
no loss for me this week, but i am still positive, at least i didnt put anything on.. so there is a good thing...
now even more determined to do better this week!!!
 
I've fallen off the wagon in a big way this week so not weighing myself today lol going to try to be good over the weekend and wi on monday instead ... fingers crossed :D
 
once again, not lost anything.. :( im so sad right now..... i just want to cry
i could still make my october goal, but if i keep staying the bloody same then i wont!!! ehhhhh
any help much appreciated!!!
 
I'm no where close to getting to goal this month. WI yesterday STS I'm not surprised I've been far too lax recently. Was going to try for a really good day today but ended up having to stay in work for 5 hours waiting for the alarm to be fixed which meant dinner was a ready meal! I am not drinking nearly enough as well. Need to get back to being strict and sticking to it!
 
Well after a pretty rubbish few weeks I've lost another 2lbs (finally) I really need to get my arse into gear and get losing again!

Hi everone... just weighed in for the last week for october... and ive lost another 4lb this week, so that brings my total loss to day to 12lb... bringing me over 2lb over!! woop woop!!!!
i made it! cant believe i did it... but i made it!!!

I missed my goal by 1lb...boo hoo!
but as I lost 11 with a total of 17lbs since i started i shall not be blue for too long...whoo hoo!

thanks :) although i have a feeling alot was water weight as my scales are telling me i have gained it back and some but they are very unreliable (apparently my fiance gained 5stone in one day haha :S but the past 2 weeks i havent been dieting per se, I am joining WW tomorrow night, so will see what my weight is on their (more reliable) scales and let you know if its more/less or whatever x​
