I have gone half a pound over target a week early but it is due to being very ill over the weekend so may not be a 'real' loss! Still recording though just to keep track but won't beat myself up if it's gone up by next week :)

Didn`t quiet make it,i don`t weigh in until November now
 
My weigh in wasn't quite accurate yesterday due to a number of reasons. Weighed in this morning and I have apparently dropped another pound, so I have reached my October target! Just need to maintain now so my wedding dress doesn't look too big (never thought I'd ever say that!) ;)

I've totally lost track this month lol I'll update on the last day I think, cos I don't know what's what!
 
Just in case anyone is interested - I did try my dress on and it fits wonderfully! So I am very happy. Just need to try and stabilise my loss over the next week as it's falling off. Not sure why, my calories are exactly the same. Is there such a thing as nervous energy I wonder??
 
That's great to hear! :D Lol, must be. If stress can make you not lose weight, I'm sure there is an argument for nervous energy too!
 
I have been rubbish so will update any loss on monday.
 
I weighed in a day early today (had a night out planned tonight so planned especially) and I've lost 2.5lbs since last weigh in so I've exceeded my October target :D :D

Been weighed at the doctors at 5pm today and I am 7.5 lbs lighter this month. I was shocked 'cos I've been slipping back into bad habits.

Well done! Give them habits a kick in the butt!
 
I'm not going to make my target this month but overall I'm happy, even surprised with what I've lost taking into account my lapses of willpower and stop/start exercising.
Well done everbody else who's lost some, even if you haven't reached your target. If you haven't managed a loss stick at it and it'll happen.
