I think we all do it at some point So tempting just to pop on isn't it My thing is if there's no lbs down I'm think about kicking it all in but when there is A loss I'm thrilled and makes me focus on why I'm doing it x
I'm daft tho because I jump on before bed and then I'm miserable because there up.. Least then I'm not tempted to eat anything but I stress that I'm going to have put weight on!
