good luck! i am refeeding on wednesday for holiday as well and am hoping to just be off 100% for 2 n half weeks but i am bit nervous about it all :-/ hope we both come back with not much weight gain x

Oooh - is that Madeira? I've not been myself, but my Mum and Dad went a few years ago and they did the afternoon tea thing, too! They have the souvenir tea-cloth to prove it... :8855:
