Official weekly weigh in.

ok you like chicken - but there are all sorts of different marinades you can do with it to vary things... do a stir fry perhaps with a soy sauce and ginger marinade... love that!

do you like mincemeat? I do a nice spicey meatball dish with lean mince... and can have courguette tagliatelle in the sauce on a PV day!

I've recently started buying turkey too, cos the texture is a little different, and adds a bit of variety...

veal? I see you're in Australia and I've seen discussions as to whether pork might be ok for you guys as it's leaner than ours??? (is that right?).

Otherwise yes definitely keep your eye firmly on that Consolidation carrot when YES strawberries can be yours again!

Im shocked that ive managed to lose 2 lbs this week (thats from last official WI) after all those carbs last week! (ive actually lost 8lbs in total this week lol)

Um I wasnt planning anything, am saving for my hols. I'm in london for weekend first weekend in sept to see some shows so that will have to count. But might have a food (uh oh) treat by going to my fave fish place for oysters.

I am so excited to start hearing about people's (legit)treat meals.
 
morning all .......... well back from hols early monday morn adn with a 10 lb gain on monday morn which took me back up to 11st 6lb 0 ounces to day i weigh 10 st 12lb 8ounces im really pleased at this so that means 8lb loss this week ( am i right girls ) lol im usless with figures ,so im more r less back to where i was before hols yessssssssssssssssssssss !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My weigh-in for this week (was always going to be a challenge) and despite last weekend a 1lb loss :)

Delighted with that, and focussed for the next 7 days

well i had a grand total loss of 100g :eek:

but considering i ate half of my husbands hungry jacks (burger king) hamburger last weekend and some fried chicken from KFC and chips on wednesday im considering myself lucky. Have to try and stay focused to get the next 6.5kg off. I think now that i have lost 10kg i am losing interest.


well done hun !! any loss is a goods loss remember that !!
