Official weekly weigh in.

Well done to everyone....especially Anja :) check out that graph!! :D...woo!!

as for me I'm doing little cartwheels around the living room (not literally I'd do myself a mischief!!:D)... official weigh in day is Friday - but weighed in today after some fluctuations throughout the week... EXACTLY the same as yesterday (I count 2 same day results as "accurate") which is.....ta da!!

so STS and HAPPY about it! :) conso is working... now to get my head back in the weightloss game :D

yeah going ok. seem to be staying around the same although im not at posted weight ;) but im happy, my clothes fit niceley.
The pie is

Mince (less than 5% fat - Tesco do one)
Shallots
Mushrooms
garlic

Cook all this in pan you can add some herbs if you like (basil?)

Get a baking dish and cover the bottom in tinfoil.
Once meat and mush etc cooked put in the dish and squish down so its a firm layer.

Then

Eggs x 4
low fat fromage frais (bout half a tub)
Low fat grated cheese (handful)
salt and pepper

(can add more of any if it doesnt cover i.e. another egg)
Mix all the above, pour over the mince and bang it in the oven till its set and bubbly.

It gets me four portions and they are very filling . its freezes well too.

Why not post real weight? then we'd know how much/little we have to weigh to get to where you are!

what you waiting for Jet ? :)... I am no saint lol...it's not gonna be amazing :D...although I've made healthier (read "less naughty") choices lately :)...we'll see
 
1lb off for me... pleased but given my restrained (for me) weekend, and miles walked this week, had of course hoped for more (don't we always!). Still, lowest weight in a while and certainly since coming out of ketosis.

Well done Jo, you've probably lost more than a pound but gained some muscle weight thanks to all that walking!

Well done Jo, its a lb in the right direction.

I also lost a lb which means I have reached my first goal Whoo hoo, lol. I was changing my ticker just now and cant believe my next goal is going to be 179lbs I cant remember being that eek
