yeah going ok. seem to be staying around the same although im not at posted weight
but im happy, my clothes fit niceley.
The pie is
Mince (less than 5% fat - Tesco do one)
Shallots
Mushrooms
garlic
Cook all this in pan you can add some herbs if you like (basil?)
Get a baking dish and cover the bottom in tinfoil.
Once meat and mush etc cooked put in the dish and squish down so its a firm layer.
Then
Eggs x 4
low fat fromage frais (bout half a tub)
Low fat grated cheese (handful)
salt and pepper
(can add more of any if it doesnt cover i.e. another egg)
Mix all the above, pour over the mince and bang it in the oven till its set and bubbly.
