Walkers baked - 5.5
Chocolate options - 2
2 x tsp sugar - 2

Total syns: 14.5
I also had a really good workout at the gym earlier but as much as it was good, I wasn't sweating half as much as usual, after a few more sessions this week, I think it maybe time to change my programme again...! I hate changing my programme in the beginning as my vody seems to want to crawl up and die but it's obviously worth it in the long run and I must be getting fitter.
It's my best friend's 21st on Saturday and I'm pretty sure I should either start saving my syns for it (as one likes a drink or two. Or ten!) Or just to flexi-syn it? :sigh: Thoughts would be much appreciated please.
