can u taste the garlic in these? could u make them without the garlic or with garlic powder maybe? just wondering as i have none in and wanted to do these tomorrow

I don't think the garlic is a strong taste but I do use a lot of garlic in my cooking. I'm sure they will be just as yummy without!

Hi what kind of burger maker do u have please cos I had one but it was useless x

I have had mine for ages, but have just googled it and it's still for sale - Kitchen craft Hamburger Maker. You get the wax discs with them too, but I don't use them as I found them too fiddly to get off the burgers.

I make the burgers, put them on a baking tray and open freeZe then put in individual bags in the freeZer ready for cooking when needed.

Sorry don't know why the fonts have gone funny!

I make HM burgers quite often and they're much tastier than shop bought ones.

I add an extra beefy stock pot to my burgers for strong beefy flavour.
