oh no.. day 5 on ss and I have caved!!!

well done for getting to day 5. You've now done the hardest part, and should wake up on day 6 or 7 feeling better and lose the hunger as your body gets used to being in ketosis. As the others said, the extra pack shouldn't knock you out of ketosis and was deffinitely the best food choice.

I am off to make them now as I have my two year old grandaughter staying over tonight and we are in our pink fluffy dressing gowns with a duvet on the sofa just about to watch a film

You did really well to have an extra shake and not eat the sweets! I'm sure it won't have done any harm - I'm on 4 a day anyway, because I'm only a couple of inches taller than you.
