I have just given in & weighed myself at day 2 into the second week and I haven't lost anything. Feel really disappointed now, I've put the scales away but now worried than its going to be a bad loss on Sunday. On top of that I went to the shop & my basket looked so sad because instead of a nice treat there was a box of senokot looking up at me!
 
Hey Susie 58, I think there must be something in the air this week as a few of us seem to be struggling!
Good idea putting the scales away. I have stopped my almost daily weighing and am just going to weigh on weigh in day as I think hormones, water retention etc. make a difference and you can be disappointed if the scales haven't moved as much as you think they should have!
Re. shopping basket; just think how much money (not to mention calories) you saved by not having "treats." Maybe next time you could buy a magazine or some new nail varnish as a treat.
Keep going! (senokot!?) and good luck for the rest of this week
 
hey susie, look how much weight u lost in week 1, that is amazing, and dont worry about a lil cheat, just like u told me....just back on it the next day. like they say, dont let a bad meal or a bad day end up into a bad week. stay positive. scales are scales and they might not always show a loss but i bet u feel it in ur clothes huh?
