It's going to be a strange week...Joseph was saying he feels like today has been w/e! lol.

To me it's a normal week as I don't work Mondays anyway.

Yes I know the scale feeling of course. My sw friend has her birthday on Thursday and doesn't think she'll weigh this week because she has dates to meet with friends for meals and coffee & cake etc already. Oh well, only once a year.

I looked back through my food diary and can say I've been 9 days wheat free now. Seems to be getting easier the more I do. The non dairy side is fairly straight forward for me.
