You honestly don't want to know what I've been eating!! I don't stick to SW when I'm in America but I do try and stay in control somewhat! Today has been a foodfest as we had a massive family BBQ. So I started the day with fruit salad and low fat vanilla yogurt but 2 hours later was hungry so had 2 rasher of streaky bacon and some scrambled eggs with a little salsa (actually very very good and will be eating this more when I'm back home!). Then lunch was fine with these little multigrain 100 cal sandwich thins (bread rounds) which I had a little mayo (only thin spread) with a slice of cheese and hard boiled egg followed by an apple.

BBQ was horrendous and I pigged out on loads of appetisers - cheeseball with crackers, buffalo chicken dip (amazing but sooo bad for you as it's creamy and loaded with melted cheese), a raw veggie pizza.
Dinner was potato salad, chicken sausage and hamburger (both with buns!), baked beans, mac & cheese, fruit salad (this one made with marshmallows & sour cream! sound gross but is divine!), devilled eggs.
Dessert was copius amounts of apple crumble, vanilla cake and chocolate cake.
Needless to say, I feel sick now!
