OMG I made these tonight and they are absolutely lush, I used bgty sainsburys sausages, and used 1 1/3 sausage per egg, so comes in at 4syns per 6 eggs, so 1.5 per 2 eggs, will definatly be making these again, thanks for the recipe Cat

I think you mix in a hexbs worth of oats leave in fridge overnight then whisk in some eggs and fry like you would pancake batter

1-2 packs of ham (i love the coop brunswick ham its smoked and v tasty and super lean)
3tbsp extra light mayo mine is 1/2 a syn a tbsp (1.5 syns)
1 tsp wholegrain mustard (1/2 a syn)
1 bag of fave bagged salad
i mix mayo with mustard spread on a slice of ham grab a handfull of salad leaves and pack tightly in my hand pollham round it and wrap another ham slice round
i made 5 for 2 syns for the mayo and mustard and used just over a bag of salad 10 slices of ham
