Soooo much pain oh is going into work overnight tonight instead of earlies so he can have the kids tomorrow. Can barely move plus they're both ill, its been one of those absolute nightmare days

I have endometriosis so theres that week of the month where I can't do anything. It's starting to settle down now so hopefully that will be it for a few weeks!

My scales are 4 up, eeeek! Got weigh in at 6 then need to rush off and teach a class at 7.15. Oh is off tomorrow so looking forward to catching up on all the sleep I've missed

This week as been really rocky so far, thew whole household has been ill. So lots of sleepless night. Still feeling quite rough and bunged up but I need to put an end to it now, otherwise it will just carry on.
