I put the NV on the pack into the calculator and it came back with 2pp. I should triple check just to be sure. There's 4 in a pack, I buy two packs a week, great for dipping in soup, also lovely toasted. I'm moving on from soup this week, more salad I think.

I'm starting a new exercise plan today. I'm finished work for the summer so I've some spare time on my hands. Also I was tempted by Lighterlife last week. I have a friend starting up, she lost 5 stone on it before in 4 months. I was sooooo tempted, I mean you just have to look at the results. Then I looked into it and got a tad scared. It keeps you in ketosis for as long as you're on the diet which is not good, staying in ketosis for longer than 14 days can lead to liver damage apparently. According to forums not just here but all over the place, people experience hair loss, some people were saying their periods stop or become a lot heavier or constant, some peoples libido disappears. PLUS its like 80 euro a week to be fed 550 cals a day, if i wanted to eat 550 cals a day I could do it for a lot less than 80 quid a week lol Also I'm not convinced I could maintain any losses from it. Any way I have decided against lighter life as tempting as the results make it look i would rather make a change i can stick to and get with the exercise so I can carry that on for the rest of my life too.
So the plan is zumba cardio party in the morning, 30 day shred in the afternoon and Chalean extreme in the evening. I want the inches gone, I want the lbs gone I want to be fit and toned. I look at shows like biggest loser and they work out near constantly so I think there's no reason I cant do it.
Zumba party here I come!
