Breakfast – 2 Weetabix (HEb) 100ml of semi skimmed milk (1/2 HEa) and a banana
Lunch – veg and barley broth and a pear
Dinner – sausage hotpot (sausages (9 syns), bacon, onion, tomatoes, garlic, chilli, potatoes), a pear and 2 yellow plums
Snack – a frozen muller light and a curly wurly (6 syns)

Total 15 syns
 
today ended up being a flexi day as i ended up in subway for dinner (best of a bad bunch of choices). probably wasnt as painful as i think, but i'm sure i over synned as i had a foot long subway melt. oh well
 
Just checked your blog again today and see you have updated it on more or less a daily basis which I didn't realise! Plenty to catch up on. Once you got wifi at Rehab - did you keep a diary? Otherwise you have a great memory for detail. Fascinating to read - and wonderful how you have coped with all you had to deal with - not to mention your great cookery skills!

my mind tends to retain a lot of information. usually the useless kind, but much of the past few years is stamped in there. key dates etc. i can rhyme off and much of what i'm writing about is there because of emotional attachment and the fact i had to dwell and think about a lot of it for a long time. but i'm trying to use my blog as a bit of a diary of themes so that when i do start to have it blur i can look back and have it trigger certain memories and thoughts.
 
hmm, 2 days in a row that things havent been as good as planned. i fear sunday!

It’s just been pointed out on another thread that tomorrow sees my 6 month anniversary on SW. Scary how time flies at times.

Breakfast – 2 Weetabix (HEb) 100ml of semi skimmed milk (1/2 HEa) and a banana
Lunch – veg and barley broth and some pineapple
Dinner – chicken breast with honey and mustard (2 syns, thanks Donna!!), roasted veg and chips
Snack – a curly wurly (6 syns) and some pineapple

Total – 8 syns

Not holding out much hope for tomorrow though as it’s been a bad week.

Dinner – steak, mushroom sauce, roasted veg, chips and sweet potato chips (never convinced by sweet potatoes but wanted to try these – I’ll make them again!)
Snack – slice of sponge cake (10 syns)

Total – 10 syns

Lunch – breaded chicken (6 syns) with strawberries
Dinner – honey mustard chicken breast (2 syns) with roasted veg and sweet potato chips
Snack – pineapple
Before bed - 2 slices of Nimble toast (5 syns) with 2 laughing cow light triangles (1/2 HEa)

Total 8 syns
 
Was the honey mustard chicken nice ? I saw it on Donna's thread I think. Sounds delicious.

it really is worth a try!!! the whole batch of marinade is only 4 syns! very, very tasty!
