For a garlic dip, I sometimes use Natural Yoghurt, with finely chopped garlic and chilli and some dried chives and/or coriander. Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight for the flavours to develop more.
I just thought, on Thursday we've got a taster night at SW for Christmas goodies, I'm going to make some of these and take them with a dip, they'll love them!
Our 'Christmas party' is not until 23rd December, but thought just the same - they'll be ideal! Just a pity it'll be a bit too late for people to copy!!!
