Hi I'm Sarah, I'm 32 next Saturday, I'm married to my gorgeous hubby carl and got a lovely little boy Callum who's 3 :)

I've been on here loads and I've got a diary in the silver members section but nobody is commenting on it, so thought I would come back in here because I'm doing cc.

We are going to Zante in October to see my cousin get married and loads of family are going and the thought of putting a bikini or cossie on scares me to death so I've started taking exercise seriously.

I've been calorie counting and exercising since last Monday and my weigh day is Thursday teatime. Last week I lost 3, and that was 2st overall :)

I've been on my treadmill this morning and I did the best I have done, i managed 37 mins, 20 of them running and 17 walking I feel great :)

I'm on myfitnesspal and I'm sazbirl on there too if anyone wants to add me :)

Hi Sazbirl- sounds like you are doing well with the exercise. Walking & running is awesome for weight loss - all that interval training/changes in heart rate etc! Good luck for operation beach body!! :)

Your doing so well, a nice walk into town is great exercise too x

We were in town about 3hrs but that was with wandering round the shops so I've logged it as a hour and half on mfp :) thanks cas :)

Well I've had to take my little lad for his injections today, he screamed the place down, and didn't stop crying for ages bless him, had to take him to smyths toyshop and bribe him with a little toy to shut him up, felt like a horrible mum, but it's all for his own good. He's been clingy since so I sent hubby to chippy and I had small fish and chips with curry sauce, I'm not going to beat myself up snout it because if I do I could start a downward spiral, I'm just getting straight back on it, right now :) x

My girls love smyth's toy shop we end up spending ages in there! im sure your lo enjoyed his treat, I always get the horrible nurse when its injections time. Where are you from hun? x

I'm from Barnsley cas, where are you from?

I'm feeling very tender in my stomach, think I've been over doing the processed foods, I bought things like crispy chicken, youngs battered fish, pizzas, etc, still got loads in so got to eat them before I buy anything else, I hate wasting money, but think I might calorie count while using the sw rules because if it's because of the foods I've been eating, I can't go on like this, I've got a hol in 7 weeks, I think the fish and chips made me loads worse, but felt like it for a few days, I haven't even been on my treadmill because my belly is too uncomfy. Xx

I'm feeling better today, still feel bloated but I've made myself get up and get on my treadmill, I was rubbish but I'm proud that I got on it :)

It's WI tonight and I'm dreading it but I'm back on plan now and I'm going to try and eat more fresh food for my cals, see if it helps with the bloat :) x

Well done for morning treadmill you star! Definitely add in more fruit, veg and unprocessed stuff the improvement in bloat/skin/general well being feeling is really fast :)

Well I've had a bit of fruit today, had banana & mango & will snack on grapes tonight if I get peckish instead of cereal bars :)

I sts which I'm ok about, with having fish & chips and the bloated belly, now I need to be good and get a loss next week :) it's my birthday on sat so I will prob have sat night off but carl (hubby) is working Saturday day so I can be good then and if I make a tasty low cal dinner then it will just be beer cals I'll be being naughty with. But we will be going shopping to spend my birthday money one day over the weekend and will be going out for lunch with Callum ( little boy) so I will try and pick healthy :) x
