I'm doing good thanks babe. Had my cereal bar and coffee this morning. Pint of water and now having my chocolate shake it's yummy had to make it watery didn't like it the way they said lol and having no craving for food feeling really stuffed actually xxxx

The chocolate shake stinks eh? But it tastes really yummy I've only had one shake so far, ketosis must be nearly here coz I'm not hungry at all and I feel all energetic lol xx

Thanks chick it's been hard but feeling good got the worlds hardest puzzle today gonna do it while everyone is eating itll keep my mind off things and all that I think I'm hungry cause I never eat all my soup tonight was totally stuffed can't wait till tomorrow love the cereal bars hehee xxxxx
