Off tonight .. Had a rotten sleep today so heading back into bed.

Met up with a guy I've been talking to on pof for a coffee tonight. Dunno if there was a spark but he text saying he would like to meet again so will see.

Ohh nice keep me updated erm the obvious happened and I've started liking my ex (that Andrew my most recent ex! As has started working for) but I was a bit horrible to him when I ended things (for stupid reasons!) so I doubt he'd be interested... Especially because I was much thinner then!

Back on dayshifts today. Sneaky peeked on the scales and it's showing +3lb but I think that is bloating from the weekend. Plan is to drink plenty of fluids in work to try and flush it all out!

Hmm I think part of why I'm thinking about him so much is there is NO real reason we broke up other than I was too immature for a proper relationship... We worked together and were friends then when I left we got together, he's a few years older than me and a bit more settled I was still drinking every night and partying (worked as a chef it came with the territory lol!!) and I left him to go back with a horrible ex who partied as much as I did ? it's just recently I've been thinking how much of an idiot I was and how lovely he actually is... But I was a bit horrible to him when I broke up with him so I doubt he'd even think of taking me back... Plus I've put on about 5stone since! But we've been chatting on Facebook like under each other's posts... See if anything happens... I wouldn't want to rush into anything because of what I did last time! Xxx

Did MIL's shopping on Saturday in Morrisons and bought this - slipped it into the trolley so don't know how much it was but found this on line.

Buy Free & Easy Gluten Free Vegetable Gravy Sauce Mix (130g) online in ASDA at mySupermarket

Had a finger dip into the pot and it tastes nice but will report back later when I have it on my dinner.

Did MIL's shopping on Saturday in Morrisons and bought this - slipped it into the trolley so don't know how much it was but found this on line. Buy Free & Easy Gluten Free Vegetable Gravy Sauce Mix (130g) online in ASDA at mySupermarket Had a finger dip into the pot and it tastes nice but will report back later when I have it on my dinner.

A wee sts for me this week. I'm kinda ok with that as lost 3lb the week before.

I went out for dinner and drinks last night which was sooo good. Had a yummy Indian and then some cocktails.

I skipped the nann bread so didn't feel too bloated for dinner.

Not too bad chick ... Survived the nightshift and enjoying a few days off before back on nights next week.

I went on another date with that guy last night. We went to tgi's which does a fantastic gluten free menu and then we went a walk along the clydeside witch was nice

Just back from a wander around the park with benji my friend and her son and her sons friend. God the 2 kids didn't stop moaning from the min they got out the car and all round the park. Benji was the best behaved haha!

Yeah I think I will see him and see what happens. I'm not sure we have loads in common but that might not be a bad thing lol
