I just got back from a few days with my family which was lovely but the calorie counting went out of the window, no idea how bad i was, so I need to be super strict this week if I want to see a loss.

Upping the water definitely helps, I need to try and get in the habit of drinking more too =)
 
Ohh that must be horrible doing days and nights in the one week... Your poor body clock won't know what's going on!! X
 
Yes finally finished my shift and now on annual leave!

Can't wait to go away on Sunday and enjoy some sunshine. Annoyed with myself tho that I didn't put more effort into losing weight. Nothing I can do about it now tho :(

To be honest feeling a bit nervous about going away with my friend ... I know it sounds daft but I've hardly seen her over the past few months and she only really texts when she feels like it.

I text her yesterday to ask if she had booked the taxi for the airport and she never replied so I txt her again last night and she replied "yes mum all booked lol"

I'm prob just been daft ...

Am sad to hear that she still hasn't seen you very much =( Is it just the two of you going? I am sure you will both have a fab time once you are there but i too would be a bit worried and i think asking about the taxi is a reasonable thing to check, no need to give a sarcastic response =(

Try to focus on the sun and fun you guys will be having and hopefully it will bring you and your friend closer together again x

Are you doing anything nice with your weekend before you go? =)

Oh no Hun, I would feel exactly the same as you.
U would expect her to be excited too. Maybe u should call her and just ask her out right if she's excited too and still wants to go. U don't wanna be heading out the door and then get a text to say she's not going xxx
 
I'm actually having a major freak out. Been running about this morning and just tried to call her an hr ago and it's just going straight to voicemail ... Tried FaceTime audio and she didn't answer.

She's either on the phone or she has switched it off. I feel like crying. I don't have her landline number. I'm gonna keep trying over the next hr or so but what if she doesn't answer?

I don't wanna just turn up at her door like a right stalker but neither do I wanna get to 3am and she doesn't show??

Give it another hour Hun try her again if still no answer then go around there stalker or not u have a right to know what's going on she can't treat u like this when u should be excited and sharing the excitement together xx
