Sounds like you've won half the battle already as you're enjoying exercise I'm trying to do a couch to 5k prog and some high intensity interval training - hopefully will banish these thunder thighs forever!!
I have got the couch to 5K app but need to get a bit fitter and lose some more weight first. Do you feel like it is getting a little easier the more you are doing it?
My problem areas are my thighs and tummy so I know what you mean, it would be lovely to have some definition and less wobble Lol x
Think i need to start doing some sit ups to help tone my tummy but might start that next week x
